How do I choose the right gemstone?

What is intention jewelry?
Intention jewelry is worn as a personal reminder of something you want to nurture in your life. A bracelet might represent courage during a transition, a necklace might symbolize love, or a ring might remind you to pause and return to the present.
The meaning becomes personal through the intention you give it. This jewelry is for a season, or a reason, not a lifetime.
How do I set an intention with my jewelry or crystals?
Take a quiet moment to reflect on what you would like to welcome, strengthen, or remember. Hold your piece and put that intention into a simple phrase, such as “I move forward with confidence” or “I make space for peace.”
Wear or keep your piece nearby as a reminder to bring that intention into your daily choices.
Can I wear more than one gemstone together?
Yes. Choose a combination that feels meaningful and comfortable to you. You can pair stones with complementary symbolism, combine intentions, or simply enjoy the colors together.
Will my stone look exactly like the photograph?
Natural gemstones vary in color, pattern, shape, and inclusions, so your piece may differ slightly from the photograph. These characteristics are part of what makes each stone unique. Screen settings and lighting can also affect how colors appear.
Are your gemstones dyed or treated?
Treatment can vary by gemstone and product. If you’re looking specifically for an untreated stone or have questions about a particular piece, contact us before ordering so we can clarify.
Are gemstone meanings scientifically proven?
The meanings we share reflect traditional, cultural, and metaphysical associations. They are offered as inspiration for personal reflection and intention setting, rather than scientifically established health benefits. Our jewelry and crystals are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.
Sizing & Jewelry Care
How do I choose the right size?
Most of our jewelry is adjustable and the lengths are stated in the product description. But if you Need a different size, because we make our jewelry at our studio, we can often make custom sizes. Contact us before ordering, and we'll be happy to let you know what's possible.
Can I wear my jewelry in the shower or while swimming?
Our Intention bracelets are designed for everyday wear, even in the shower or pool. Over time, they’ll begin to show signs of age. Some colors in the glass beads may fade, and the cording may gradually untwist or fray. We embrace this natural evolution that comes with something well-loved and well-worn. These pieces aren’t meant to last forever—they’re made to be part of your journey for a season or a reason.
To help preserve the look of your gemstone or plated jewelry, you can remove it before showering, swimming, exercising, or soaking in a bath. Water, salt, chlorine, soaps, and body products can affect certain stones, metal finishes, and stringing materials.
How should I clean and store my jewelry?
Gently wipe your jewelry with a soft, dry cloth after wearing it. Avoid harsh cleaners, and apply perfume, lotion, and other body products before putting on your jewelry.
Store pieces separately in a dry place away from prolonged direct sunlight.
For stretch bracelets, gently roll the bracelet over your hand rather than pulling it wide.
How can I clear or cleanse my crystals?
In crystal traditions, cleansing is believed to release accumulated energy, while charging is thought to renew a stone’s energy. Here are two simple rituals to try.
To cleanse: For stones suitable for direct contact with salt, cover them with dry sea salt and leave overnight. Discard the salt afterward. For other stones, place them in a small glass bowl nestled inside a larger bowl of salt, keeping the crystals from touching the salt.
To charge: During a full moon, place your crystals on a plate indoors near a windowsill overnight.
Care needs vary by stone. Before choosing a method, confirm that it is suitable for your crystals and any attached jewelry components. Avoid exposure to water, moisture, or direct contact with salt when suitability is uncertain.
Gifts
Sending a gift?
No prices are ever included in the package. Orders include a packing slip that lists the items purchased but does not display pricing. If you'd like to include a personal message, simply enter it in the "LEAVE A NOTE WITH YOUR ORDER" section at checkout. We'll print your message and include it with your gift.
How do I choose a meaningful gift?
Consider the recipient’s style and what you would like the gift to express. A birthstone can celebrate a birthday, a meaningful gemstone can mark a new chapter, and a self-care gift can offer a thoughtful invitation to slow down.

Custom Orders
Do you offer custom bracelets or packaging?
Yes. Custom bracelets and packaging may be available for special occasions, retreats, events, and business gifting.
Email support@castofstones.com with your ideas, quantity, budget, and needed delivery date. We’ll let you know what is possible, along with pricing and timing.
Orders, Shipping & Returns
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing may take longer during sales, holidays, or new product launches.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Standard domestic delivery is generally estimated at 3–7 business days after shipment. Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes, VAT, import fees, and brokerage charges. Please review our Shipping Policy before placing your order.
What is your return policy?
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. Eligible items must be unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Custom or personalized products and personal care goods are not eligible for return. To start a return, email support@castofstones.com. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact support@castofstones.com immediately if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue and help resolve it.
