Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All Cast of Stones products are thoughtfully handcrafted and carefully packaged in our Los Angeles studio.
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). During sales, holidays, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship throughout the United States using USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.
Estimated delivery times after shipment are:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (where available)
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
International Shipping
We ship to many countries worldwide.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT, import fees, or brokerage charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in your order total and are collected by your local customs authority.
Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.
Shipping Delays
Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control. Weather events, carrier delays, customs processing, and other unforeseen circumstances may occasionally affect delivery times.
We appreciate your patience should delays occur.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please verify that your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Cast of Stones is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we are happy to reship it once the correct address has been confirmed. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:
- Checking around your property and with household members.
- Contacting neighbors or your building manager.
- Contacting the shipping carrier directly.
While we will gladly assist in filing a carrier claim when possible, Cast of Stones cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@castofstones.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage
- Clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
